I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work together to better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting change. My clinical background includes providing individual and group psychotherapy services to the Laredo population in community mental health settings, as well as residential treatment settings. I’ve supported people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
